Service Engagements
Each project begins with a consultation and a scope agreement. Refund terms are stated in the engagement scope before work begins.
Deposits
Deposits reserve studio time and cover preparatory work. Deposits become non-refundable once production begins on your project.
Completed Deliverables
Completed and delivered work is not eligible for refund, as the assets have been produced and handed over.

If you have a concern about a deliverable, contact us within seven days of delivery and we'll work to resolve it.
